1. About HIVE IPTV PLAYER
HIVE IPTV PLAYER is software for playing user-supplied IPTV playlists. We provide the player software only. We do not sell or provide IPTV subscriptions, television channels, playlists, streams, or other media content.
2. Your playlists and content
You are responsible for the playlists, stream URLs, credentials, and content you add to the player. You must have the right to access and use that content and must comply with applicable law and the terms of the content provider.
3. Player features
Depending on the playlist and stream, the player may support M3U/M3U8 playlists, multiple audio tracks, subtitles, EPG information, favorites, device management, and related playback features. Availability of a feature does not guarantee that a particular stream supports it.
4. Account security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Do not share passwords or attempt to access another user's account.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use the service to attack systems, bypass access controls, distribute malware, abuse the infrastructure, or knowingly use content without the necessary rights.
6. Availability and changes
The software and web services may be updated, changed, interrupted, or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, or technical reasons.
7. Responsibility for third-party services
Streams, EPG sources, networks, devices, and third-party services are outside our direct control. Their availability, quality, legality, and accuracy remain the responsibility of their respective providers and the user.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms when the service changes. The current version published on the website applies from its stated update date.
